Players selected for this event are required to pay in advance to confirm their participation.
Advance payment period: Starts 5 days before the event, and must be completed 3 days before the event.
Non-payment policy: Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered an automatic forfeiture of participation.

Please note that if a player is absent after paying, the fee will not be refunded.
However, the 4 packs of Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion packs (excluding the Balloon promo card) that would have been given as an attendance gift can be mailed as a substitute.
