Pokemon TCG Japanese Scarlet & Violet SV4a "Shiny Treasure ex"

"Shiny Treasure ex" is the Japanese premium expansion pack for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, released on December 1, 2023. This expansion pack contains 10 cards, including some with new artwork and some reprinted cards.

Here are some of the cards with new artwork:

  1. Koraidon ex: This is a Pokémon with a characteristic that accelerates Energy accumulation. Its "Dino Cry" Ability allows you to set up Fighting-type Basic Pokémon at the start of the game. At the same time, its "Wild Impact" attack can deal damage faster.

  2. Miraidon ex: This Pokémon has the "Tandem Unit" Ability, which allows you to put Lightning-type Basic Pokémon into play at the start of the game, giving you an advantage by getting your Pokémon set up faster than your opponent.

  3. Chien-Pao ex: This is a Pokémon that deals massive damage by discarding Energy cards. Its "Hail Blade" attack's damage depends on the number of Water Energy on the field. At the same time, its "Shivery Chill" Ability allows you to add Water Energy cards to your hand.

In addition to cards with new artwork, there are also some reprinted cards:

  1. Mew ex: This Pokémon has the "Restart" Ability, which allows you to draw cards to refill your hand. Its "Genome Hacking" attack can use an attack from your opponent's Active Pokémon, which is very useful.

  2. Charizard ex: This Pokémon can deal up to 330 damage. Its "Infernal Reign" Ability can accelerate Energy accumulation, while its "Burning Darkness" attack deals damage based on the number of Prize cards your opponent has taken.
